Fleet Partner Terms
Connecting a carrier or vehicle fleet to the MovilUp aggregator platform
Last updated: 2026-09-20
These Terms govern connecting a transport fleet (registered business or company) and the partner cabinet (partner.movilup.pro). MovilUp is an information aggregator of orders. We are not a carrier, employer of the fleet’s drivers, an insurer, and we do not take cargo into custody.
1. Independent contractor
The partner (fleet) and its drivers act as independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, a partnership or an agency, other than the authority expressly given to accept platform orders. The partner alone bears taxes, VAT, transport licences, vehicle and cargo insurance, workplace safety and labour-law duties toward its drivers.
2. Application and documents
A WhatsApp message or other website enquiry is a request for contact, not a contract. Connection may follow checks of company, vehicle and driver documents. The Service may refuse. Each driver signs into the MovilDrive app with their own phone number; vehicles are attached to the fleet. Vehicle checks are done by MovilUp, not the fleet dispatcher.
3. Orders, commission, payouts
The performer decides when to go online and which order to accept. The payout and the platform commission are shown before acceptance. Commission is withheld from the performer, not added as a markup to the customer.
On cash orders the customer pays the performer directly; commission is recorded in the app. On cashless orders, credit is posted to the in-app wallet under the payout rules. Combining platform jobs with the fleet’s own customers is allowed: platform orders are not exclusive.
4. Cargo and customer data
Responsibility for cargo from pickup until handover lies with the performer who carries out the order. As aggregator the Service is not liable for acts or omissions of the fleet or its drivers, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
Customer contacts and addresses are shared only as needed for the order. After completion they may not be used for the partner’s own advertising, resale or any purpose unrelated to that order.
5. Fleet cabinet
The fleet dispatcher sees orders, vehicles and accounting within their fleet. The partner is responsible for dispatchers and drivers. The Service may restrict access for breach of these Terms, the Public Offer, the app rules or the law.
6. Changes, language, law
The current version is on this page. A WhatsApp message from the website is a request for contact, not acceptance of these Terms and not a contract. Drivers accept the platform documents in MovilDrive by explicit confirmation in the app. A dispatcher signing into the cabinet confirms that the partner has read the version published here. Material changes are published on this page; the Service may restrict access until a new explicit consent is given.
Language priority: the language of explicit acceptance; otherwise Hebrew. Law of Israel, courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.
Integral parts: the Privacy Policy, the User Agreement (platform rules) and the Public Offer insofar as it governs performing the order toward the customer. Questions: privacy@movilup.pro.
