We dispatch a truck within 4 hours. For planned moves you can book a convenient date and time - we work even on Saturdays.

The price usually covers the vehicle and the services selected in the order (for example a mover crew, straps and blankets). Packing materials and disassembly/assembly are agreed separately. The exact scope depends on the order and the partner.

In the app you may cancel free of charge until the partner arrives at pickup; cancellation less than 15 minutes before arrival incurs a 50% penalty on the base price (see the Public Offer). For website or phone orders — free cancellation or rescheduling up to 4 hours before the agreed time; later cancellations may incur reasonable expenses.

The partner performing the order is responsible for cargo safety. Submit damage claims via MovilUp support within the time limits in the Public Offer. Insurance for special cargo categories is arranged separately when applicable.

Payment is made after the work is completed - in cash, by card, or by transfer. No prepayment required for standard orders.

Yes — when those services are included in the order. Partner crews disassemble and reassemble furniture, carry it to the right floor (even without a lift) and arrange it in place.

MovilUp is a platform. The order is placed in the app or on the site, the price is known before you confirm, the assigned partner is visible on the map, payment goes through the service and an electronic receipt is issued on completion. The transport itself is carried out by vetted partner contractors, while support and dispute handling stay with the platform.

Yes. MovilUp is a service with a full customer app for iPhone and Android: you enter the addresses and the load, see the price before confirming the order, track the truck on the map, message your partner in chat and pay by card or in cash. Drivers and loaders use a separate app, MovilDrive. The first order in the app has a 7% discount with promo code START.

Yes. That is the cargo taxi service: a truck with a driver at 350₪ per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Loaders, packing and carrying without a lift are added to the order separately.

In the MovilUp app you can call a cargo taxi — a pickup (tender) or a truck — or book a full move seven days a week, Saturday included. Orders are carried out by independent partner contractors, so transport on Shabbat is possible; availability of a particular partner depends on the region and the time.

Moving one item — a sofa, a fridge, a washing machine, a wardrobe — starts at 250₪ within a city. If you need the truck for a stretch of time rather than a single run, the cargo taxi rate applies: 350₪ per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
